📅 Booking Policies

  • We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee.

  • Absolutely. Just give your therapist at least 24 hours’ notice and they’ll help you find a new time.

💻 Session Details

  • Yes—both! Our therapists offer in-person appointments, phone sessions, and secure video sessions. You choose what works best for you.

  • Most sessions are 50 minutes. Some services (like EMDR or consultations) may be longer, depending on your needs.

💳 Payments & Insurance

  • Current rates are $150 for individual therapy and $180 for couples therapy. That said, fees can vary by therapist and service type. You’ll see the rate listed when booking, or you can contact us for details.

  • Yes, many of our therapists offer direct billing for common insurance providers. You can find each therapist’s insurance info on their profile.

  • We accept e-transfer and major credit cards. Your therapist will let you know their specific payment options.
